Massive thank you to all the volunteers and ParkLife Team that support everything we do together in ParkLife Cafe, one of the smallest Tardis like, tiniest of buildings ever build by humans! 

What's the aim, you ask?

Well, we're diving deep into the ocean of health and wellbeing, through different community sessions.

We will be joined by the real rock stars from the research and medical professions, delivering sessions in the fields of their expertise, all these sessions are FREE. In some sessions there are opportunities to get involved with researchers and session providers work. 

ParkLife Cafe have been bringing these sessions to the community for the past few months with partners, Imperial College London, and individuals from different organisations.  

Get ready to have your brain cells do the cha-cha and your head smile!

We will help and teach you, through our digital inclusion program, in the chilled space of ParkLife cafe, digital inclusion is a great non contentious, easy, stress free and relaxing way to learn all sorts of things to get up to online.

These sessions are not just sharing knowledge;

They're practically handing out wisdom like Oprah giving away cars and talking about sharing, guess what? It's all free! That's right, no price tags here, just pure community goodness. 

Our Health Hub is where learning meets laughter, where brains get a workout, and where community bonds become stronger than super glue.

Erpa Sessions

The Doctor wants to see you! ERPA surgery - no operations or drugs, just chat. Working with the local doctors surgery in partnership, to find ways we can all help towards solutions for the problems we all face.

Doctors’ surgeries change with the times – Erpa helps inform and train people to use the new systems. There have been many new clever services introduced at Enderley Road medical practise, which can help us all get solutions when we need them.
